- Q: Why can't I take photos?
A: Please go to Settings > Crystal Keeper and enable Camera access.
- Q: Why can't I select photos from my photo library?
A: Please go to Settings > Crystal Keeper and enable Photos access.
- Q: Will my data be uploaded to the internet?
A: Your collection data is stored locally on your device. Photos are only uploaded when you use the AI identification feature, solely for crystal recognition purposes.
- Q: How do I delete my data?
A: To delete a single item, long press on it in your ‘Collection’ and select Delete. To clear all data, go to the ‘My’ page, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete.
